De-Branding Nokia 930

Hey guys,

Just got my first windows phone. A nokia 930 and am really excited to get it up and running

First thing I want to do is de brand it, its currently running Vodafone UK firmware.

Is there any instruction on how to debrand the 930?

As I've recently had to do this after I bricked my 520, I have some fresh experience. You have to flash your phone using Nokia Care Suite. As this is always a risky operation and I'm not at the computer where I have download history, I will give you just some hints.

You need Navifirm 3.2 + and you need the product code for the appropriate CV (country variant) for your Lumia. You can then use it to download that firmware.
You can flash that firmware onto your phone using Nokia Care Suite. All personal data stored on the phone will be of course lost.
Use these key words above to start your search for instructions, gather some courage after looking at them on forums, and you can proceed.

As I remember early days Nokia Care Center does it. I had for couple days Nokia 920 (when it was new in stores). And I went to Nokia Care Center in Maidstone. I said can you do favor? I don't want 3 network boot logo and other stuff. He said you mean debrand? I said yes. He took phone and after 10 minutes was ready unbranded.
I think it will be same for Nokia Lumia 930 as well.
