Dead Pixels

Well...looks like I have to send my phone in for "assessment and repair." Have a dead row of pixels from top to bottom in the middle of the screen. This shouldn't be an issue right? THe phone is spotless! Should I reset it before I send it?

If you want to make sure all of your personal stuff is off of there, then a hard reset would be in order. It's up to you.
