Decrease in headphone volume after black update

The volume level has decreased in my 620 after the black update..Has anybody experienced this?

Hey Tushar welcome to WPC forums :smile:
Try to do a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button until your phone vibrates and restarts (ignore the slide to power down screen ).

It doesnt change that , its permanent

at what level is the volume jammed ?

You didn't understand my question, its not jammed, the overall volume after black has decreased compared to amber, meaning the volume at the same number was more in amber than in black

you should get your phone diagnosed at nearest nokia care centre , must be a hardware fault
