'Default' music player

Having a nokia 920, I have both xbox music & Nokia music installed.
I mainly listen to music through bluetooth on my car stereo.

How do I make either one of the apps my 'default' player?

when I start the car, the music starts playing. sometimes from Xbox music, sometimes Nokia. Most annoying.

When it starts playing in your car, it's going to start whatever application was last used.
