Deleted files with hash tags still show up

Almost six months ago I named three files "#filename" and synced them to OneDrive. When I first received an error message regarding hashtags in file names, I deleted these - but still after all this time I'm still getting the same errors regarding the same files.

I have checked. The files don't exist on any machine or online. But still they're popping up.

What do I do?
