dell venue 8 pro - stuck on login screen

The person which i gave this tablet says can't log in, stuck on loging screen. Sees only profile photo and can't do nothing to write password in. Whats going on?

Could just be some bug it stumbled on.

I'd give it maybe 30 seconds, then press and hold the power button to turn it off. Then turn it back on and continue.

if this was a case it wouldnt happen everytime a person turn tablet on. I don't have windows 8 so I dont know how this login in screen looks like and if this person missing somethhing.
