Can you post your firmware version?

It looks like O2 in Germany does have Denim on the 925, but not T-Mobile:
Availability in Europe - Nokia
Also Microsoft reports Verizon now has Denim for the 928, but no Denim yet for any 925 in North or South America. With the O2 Denim in German, at least we know they have finished one carrier's new ROM for the 925.

The same happened to me with my 925. It's a bug. I'm sure I didn't update to Denim

I just checked my extra info....it says Denim now .....im on at&t 1520 ,in Georgia,usa

Oops....sorry guys....forgot I unchecked pfd checking for updates....put it back on,and now says Cyan....so its just the bug....
....but I will say.....seeing that Lumia Denim in that Cobalt Blue color was real cool.....lol

Both the 928 and the 822 on Verizon have Denim. I'm pretty sure they're on the same continent. I'll post the Microsoft list again.Availability in North America - Nokia

My 822 was updated to official 8.1 and Lumia Denim firmware yesterday.

I think MS will issue a fix to L925 and L1020 before Denim so I guess we have to wait longer.

well, the fix did not came with Denim in germany. Great holiday gift from Microsoft...

I'm running DP and after extras+info download it still says cyan. For 925 denim we'll have to wait few months.
