Anyone else noticed how resource hungry the windows desktop manager is on the latest insider flight is?
Also, anyone noticed how the battery indicator is also not working well, says the batt is full only for the damn thing to die on you while still showing a full battery.

Scan for viruses and malware, using 2-3 different products.
Update/downgrade video card driver.
System Retore back a few days/weeks.
Check latest installed Windows Updates, around the time when the problem started.
Other software could be causing DWM high CPU usage, for example Shadowplay.
