Anything to do with my Camera doesn't work in general. The camera won't load, Snapchat, Instagram if I try to take a pic for it, even if I reset it. Also, Cortana can't hear me ask her questions but when I click the little music note to see what a song is she hears that fine. Any ideas?

IE11 in windows phone 8.1 still fails to load comments on many sites. I had hoped the bug in wp 8 will be not in ie11. try to open text expansion links in ie10 in wp8 or ie11 in wp8.1 fails on many sites. e.g. try to click the link staring with "in reply to" on mobile site of gsmarena, the hidden comment will not load. You will have to switch to desktop mode and also at the same time open desktop site of gsmarena. This is just an example. It happens on many sites. Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS have no problem in loading the hidden comment. Yes, UC browser and Nokia Xpress come to the rescue, but they take me to the top of page every time after clicking on a show text link. Try to click on "In reply to..." links in link given below in IE10 or IE11 in mobile version.

My 620 has a bug, when is locked and I double-tap to wake it to see any notification (drag down the notification center) its not going all the way to the bottom. It just stays in the middle. So far, the rest is working fine

Wow. A lot of pages in this thread and I'm not going to read them all. I just was wondering if anybody else noticed that the volume setting for bluetooth is not remembered. It seems like everytime I connect to a bluetooth device my volume is at 14 and I have to crank it back up.

I have the same problem with my Lumia 925. Only that mine is stuck in level 13.. (so that's a random value maybe?)

Hi! I'm having problems with maps in my 520 after second 8.1 update.
Any app that uses maps (i.e. Bing maps, HERE maps, drive, transit... even maps settings) don't even open and sometimes restarts the phone.

Lumia 625 with the last update, restarts when trying to open ANY navigation app and almost every time when trying to open (facebook) Messenger. The apps are installed in the microSD and worked perfectly before the last updates. Any thoughts or solutions?

The most weird bug : Unable to restore Text messages from the last year or before. Only able to retrieve messages for the current month. Backup was done for more than a year. 1000's of messages. And I have tried resetting my phone thrice so dont tell me to do that. Just a few messages get restored. I miss the old ones. Why not save a bullet and just go back to 8.0 then.

Works fine on my 1020,925 and 1520

Obviously if I restart my phone then it reverts back to the low level.

Well to be completely accurate, mine does not ALWAYS revert to level 13. But it seems to have a pattern. In example, if I first turn OFF my car's Bluetooth, and leave Bluetooth on the phone ON, then when I reconnect them, it remembers the volume.

But, if I do the exact opposite (turn phone's BT OFF, leave car's BT ON then reconnect) then it reverts to 13.

So maybe it reverts back if you turn OFF Bluetooth on the phone? Could you test that and tell us if it happens to you, too?

Last week i updated my Lumia 720 phone to Windows phone 8.1 os.
I liked the way it improved with some features like cortana,image background etc..
But am really dis-satisfied with this update because of the following reasons.

1. Picture Hub was disappeared . Now panorama replaced by pivot items. Picture hub in the previous version was good looking and also we can set back ground to it.
But now it seems none is there. Also it shows images pivot loading progress bar every time even when we navigate back to the page.It is quite disturbing for a user. Also the social networking section for photos are not in the context now and i don't microsoft is get rid of these items?

2, I saved many account details including passwords in my wallet application when i was in Windows phone 8. But after the update when i checked for the information it show a blank page when i click each item in the wallet that were added by me manually. Also in the appbar button edit option is not there and only buttons are pin to start and remove functionalities. Did i lost my information with the new update? How do i get it back?

3. On using music application , there occurs some crashes when loading the songs and when changing the pivot it starts loading [displayed progress bar] each every time and is very slow now. I t get worst performance than it before.

4.The fourth one was ofcourse you know about it's battery charge issue. Battery drains fastly than it before.

Please be make sure that it must not worst when you update a feature or an application than it's previous version !!

Hope you will do the improvement because we all love windows phone .

I will test later and get back to you on that.

However I think that it is normal when you turn off Bluetooth but I never turn it off.

Notification sounds and sometime cortana no sound. soft reset seems to have fixed it.

I like the quiet hours feature - very useful. But it still allows application notification sounds to play - e.g. Gmail alerts.
Also these application notification sounds also sound from the phone even when headphones are plugged in which is quite annoying.

One more thing - when playing an album of music, there is a stutter at the end of one track and the start of the next. It seems to play the first fraction of a second then stops, pauses and starts again.

Definitely have the music stutter st the end of tracks on 8.1. It's like a very quick noise then starts the next song.

When I forward a video by dragging the seek bar, it takes time to reach play unlike before where it used to skip and play almost instantly in WP8.

Ok, the bug i found wasn't a bug at all. My brother change the notification center option (not being able to see notifications when locked) -rage quit lol- he's an android user.

So... NO BUGS ON MY LUMIA 620
