Device not functioning, can't transfer videos to PC

Hi

Im trying to transfer videos from my lumia 925 8.0 to my pc but it stops responding, I've done two out of ten video's.
I can't right click on the video and copy to my PC, it hang's everytime. And windows explorer has to restart.
It has worked before.

EDIT: Unplugged my phone and tried another usb socket, and just transfered some videos, and it says device not functioning and now its hanging and not responding.

Check the cable . If that's not in properly (or has internal breaks) then that can cause issues. Also check the file size... I think it has issues copying if videos are 4GB or higher.

Must of been the cable I was using, plugged in the one that came with the phone and it works, the file sizes were about 40-150MB.

A lot of cheaper usb phone cables are charge only, this scared me for a while after opting for a refurbished phone i thought i might have found a fault in it.
