Dictating What Cortana Says To Text

Hi there. Is there a way I can take what Cortana says and dictate it to text? I want her responses to be written down. (I need it for a project)

Screenshots are probably your best bet. I'm not sure what else you can do other than maybe using voice recognition/dictation software/features like on some phone keyboards?

I'm afraid that will not work for what I am doing. I need what she actually says to be dictated into text.

Perhaps use the voice dictation feature of another phone to listen to Cortana?
