I would like to know if Windows 10 has the ability to write in Romanian as I speak? I am looking for a new phone an I am not accustomed with Windows 10.
My current phone (BlackBerry 10) does this pretty well, I can send messages in Romanian while speaking to the phone. It is useful for me while driving.
