After installing the newest build (9860) my MusicBee was showing an error message that it was unable to start playback. It worked with the normal DirectSound driver flawlessly in the initial build.
I had to switch the driver within the settings of MusicBee to use the Soundblaster driver that came with my external Soundblaster X-Fi to in order to be able to listen to my music again. Problem now is, as I have set MusicBee to fade songs into another, that a crackling noise is produced between tracks - somehow disturbing.
Anyone has any idea why the DirectSound driver stopped working or how I could solve the problem, getting rid of the disturbing sounds in between?
