After installing Windows 10 it said that DirectX 12 was supposed to come with it, still have 11.2 Then I went to the AMD website and installed the new Catalyst which claimed to give you DirectX12, still 11.2. Is there something wrong with the installation?

Go to Start > Run > dxdiag. It will show DirectX 12. I think what you're referring to is the hardware feature level version of DirectX on your graphics card, which cannot be changed.

If you want the full DirectX 12 features, you have to have a DX12 graphics card as well as Windows 10.
