Disable all cellular data other than facebook?

maybe, it should be in settings/ under applications tab> data sense. it even has restrict data when roaming only.

I cant see it there too
i have set the monthly limit and I could see only one option to RESTRICT BACKGROUND DATA WHEN I M NEAR MY LIMIT
