Disable extra start column

Kinda not liking the triple start columns. Is it possible to disable the third column?

My 925 had a toggle to turn it on and off. Guess they enable it by default based on the screen size? I know it used to be based on resolution.

It is based upon screen size.

There is no choice for phones with 5" displays or larger. (however the Lumia 730 might be an exception)

The 4" 8S and 4.5" 925 had the toggle.
