Disable Haptic Feedback in Win 10

In Windows 8.1 I could disable haptic feedback on the navigation buttons. I can't seem to find that piton in Win 10. Is there a way to turn the vibration off, or am I stuck with it?

Under Settings - Extras - Touch...

Unfortunately I don't seem to have that option

Luckily I was able to find it in my programs in the store. All is good now.
