I don't know if anyone else has had such a problem, but I just touched the screen with my finger and it cracked all way long!! I don't think it's normal for a phone that is barely two months old??? your thoughts?

no that is not normal, very strange, it is possible that glass already had a small non visible crack in it and pressure from using it could have caused it to open up, however this would be next to impossible to prove, is it possible that you somehow damaged screen ( carrying it in a bag, back pack, ect ) or someone else who may have borrowed/used your phone got careless with it? i only ask that because you need to be prepared for those types of questions if you try to get it repaired under warranty, sorry for your misfortune and good luck in getting it resolved, thankfully it was a 520, i say that only because it is an inexpensive phone ( although a very good phone ) and honestly it will be cheaper to buy a new 520 than pay to replace the screen

the strangest thing I have ever read . If you think you are going to make that excuse while claiming warranty , I am afraid they wont buy your story .
