Display distorted and three navigation keys freeze on my Lumia 625 update 1 & Later update 2: Help!

For a while now, I have been noticing weird screen freeze and distorted letters with several on-key presses that will stop when you tap the lock and then unlock key on my nearly one year Lumia 625 Update 1 & later on update 2.
I have hard reset my phone but to no avail. I have also updated from 8.1 update 1 to 2, but it did not solve the problem. I think that it is a bug, since the side physical keys on the phone are neither malfunctioning or sticky. Someone should help me, please.

Hm.

Maybe use the Lumia Software Recovery Tool?

The recovery went well but the shaking screen still remains afterwards.
