?Do they inserted an SD card in the sim card?

I bought this phone n when I went to a store to buy a new sim card, they told me that it has something stuck in the sim card slot. How I remove this without damaging the slot?

Tweezers or a fine pliers will usually work. Depends on how stuck things are.

Without more information or a photo it would be hard to determine.

If you put it in by yourself than see above post. But if it was already in when you bought the phone go back to the shop for a replacement.
