Do Windows Phones come with an Intel not arm cips?

I what to know if windows phones would come with Intel not arm cips because of continuum because it would be able to use win32 app and you would have a pc in you pocket
And the next thing is windows rt I got the new start menu I use the internet explorer app not the desktop explorer and I can't use the app so how do I
Oh and will I get windows 10 mobile on windows rt

1. Rumored for 2016. However the newer flagship series coming later this year will have ARM and support Continuum with the appropriate dock and PC. No *native* Win32 support and probably never will be (ofc MS could surprise us)
2. I don't know much RT, but there are good 3rd party browsers on the Store.
3. No info revealed on that. Presumably no for now.
