I didn't have this with mobile IE9 on 900.

WP8 and IE10 mobile makes us jump through hoops to ban spammers.

Screenshot ISN'T a spammer. I just showed example of what I'm missing when I need to ban spammers.

That's what it looks like all the time on my laptop and surface running IE11. I've just gotten used to cutting and pasting in PP.

I don't use IE on Windows 8.1 x64.

Laura this is caused because some cookies are being blocked. Go to IE/ 3 dot menu/ settings/ advanced/ under cookies from websites and apps then chose accept all. This will resolve this issue. You will then see the second row of launchers.
