Do you know what kind or brand of the internal storage and ram of the Nokia Lumia?

For Example: Apple iPhone 7 Plus, internal storage is UFS 2.0, Toshiba made, while ram is Samsung.

iFitxit has teardowns of different Lumia phones. You can go there to investigate this information.

I checked the 1520. It appears to have Samsung but it's possible that other Lumia's are different.
