Not all Indian curries (there's no such word in India by the way, it's more comparable to stew and they define the sauce as a gravy normally) are hot. Some are quite mild. Depends on the region as well.

Latte's made with Meijer's Organics whole bean coffee sweetened with pure cane sugar.
Free Trade Trader Joe's is also good stuff.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way. Every month I have the same argument with my cardio "oh you have to learn to live without coffee and cigarettes" What he doesn't understand is that if I don't have coffee, someone with the IQ of a potted plant will send my blood pressure into the stratosphere.
