Do you miss removable batteries on your non-520/620/Ativ s Windows phones?

Not really, any more than I miss having a SD card. Besides, if I really need to replace the battery I can.

What I would like to see is more cafes and in my case, trains, provide a means of charging my device. That would be nice. I don't need an AC outlet, a USB will suit.

I get the desire to swap out a battery but I don't like that idea much. They're easily lost and not all together safe.

No.

There is a part of me which has a soft spot for Windows Mobile, but I don't miss having to hook the battery out once a week or so when it hung. That, carrying a spare to swap when the power runs out and being able to replace an old battery are the only advantages I can see of swapables. Otherwise, it's better to have an adequate battery in the first place.
