Do you regret taking your screen protector off?

I have a Zaggs invisible shield and HTC doubleshot case on mine. I would rather go without the extra stuff on my phone but it gives me some peace of mind.

I honestly have one screen protector that I got from ebay (dirt cheap) and I hate it a lot. But I have dropped it a few times and it protects it quite well. I say it's always good to be safe, even tho it looks and feels ugly to me. If I really wanted to feel good about it though I'd probably get a more expensive one (the ones you apply with alcohol for adhesiveness). But that's just me. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

That's my reasoning...would rather be safe than sorry, and if it means sacrificing beauty, I'll do it. It just sucks, haha

It depends on how much do you take care of the phone. I have had my 8X since launch back in november without a screen protector and the screen is as new. It doesn't have even the tiniest scratch *knocks on wood* but I always use a case to protect the back and always take care when toting the phone around.

If you don't have much care, don't hesitate and get a screen protector. Try different brands (I would buy the ones from HTC first) and see which one looks better.

I take care of my phone, but accidents happen. The only thing I really fear are microscratches from repeated exposure to lint in my jeans pockets.

Took the screen protector off last week and I'm never looking back; the screen is far too beautiful. To prevent microscratches, I wrap a sunglasses cleaning cloth around my phone screen when I put it in my pocket. No scratches yet.
