do you think the announcement will state that passive voice activation ( hey Cortana ) will be available on the 950's ? It better be because Apple is now advertising it as part of Siri.

Well considering it was a feature of the last generation of top-of-the-line Lumia's, I'd bet money on it being around.

To add to Xandros' statement, the chipsets the 950 and XL use are capable of it. I see no reason to not have Hey Cortana usable.
