Do you use Wallet?

I just wanted to know how many of you really use wallet for purchases outside Windows/Windows Phone Store?
I was browsing FAQ of Wallet here Wallet FAQ for Windows Phone | Windows Phone How-to (United States)
It stated that we need a "secure SIM" to make transactions, I don't think any of the Operators will provide such SIM atleast here in India, Even I haven't seen anyone using Google Wallet to make purchases outside their Play Store(ex: Supermarket,Grocery Shop etc.,), I have been using WP since 2 years now and wallet is the least used feature(if you ignore app purchases).

I'm trying, but it is difficult. I have no success to report, despite getting the "payment SIM" from my carrier. I think they tied it to Isis (Now Softcard) App that does not exist for Windows Phone.
