Does anybody tell me that when windows 10 is available for lumia 640xl.?

I want to install windows 10 to lumia 640xl. please tell me when they are releasing for lumia phone.

If they released then how can i get it ?

We don't know yet when the official version of Windows 10 Mobile will be released. Microsoft said it would be at least several weeks after Windows 10.

You may want to check the WindowsCentral blogs, since they will have the information when it is available.
