Does anyone else find the Lumia 1520 step counter malfunctioning when listening to podcasts?

WPCentral Question

I've tried two different phones, wireless and wired headset, and two different podcast apps. The 1520 loses 50-75% of my steps when I am walking listening to podcasts.
