Does anyone have a distorted , double layered start page after 10581 update? What is the solution?

The start page of my L930 has changed after update10581. It is no longer clear and neat. It is instead muddled and distorted. I wish I could attach a photo.

There is a workaround for 10581 screen. Go to Settings, Personalization, Start and change your background photo. Issue should go away after that action.

I'm having a similar issue, except the glitch keeps recurring every time I try to add a photo as my background.
