Does anyone have Static IP settings in their Lumia 640??

I love my new Lumia 640 but have one major issue with it. I cannot set a static IP address. I'm trying to find out if this is specific to the 640 or if it's because it's locked to T-Mobile. Either way does anyone see this setting?

i tried for hours and cannot get it to work via static IP !!! work fine with auto !! this is driving me nuts...i have the xl
