Does anyone know anything about the chameleon carrier on the sprint network?

I have a Lumia 635, currently not activated, and am very confused. Under network it says Sprint, and under carrier it says Chameleon and is current without a SIM card because I don't know what SIM card to use to activate it. I have never heard of the carrier Chameleon before being given this phone, does anyone know what it is? Please help, I just want to get my phone activated.

Your Lumia 635 is for Sprint, or Sprint MVNO's like Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Ting, Ring+, etc. I owned on before. If you have any questions or need additional help then feel free to let me know. I'm here to help.
