Does anyone know if I will be able to install Windows 10 tech preview on Asus T100 32 gig tablet?

Windows 10 tech preview on Asus T100 32 gig tablet.

Does anybody know if I will be able to install Windows 10 tech preview on a Asus T100 32 gig devise with Atom 3775 CPU.
I only haw 11 gigs left after installing 8.1 and Office 365. Microsoft says you need at least 16 gigs to install.
I tried to uninstall the hidden recovery partition but no luck. It's supposed to be 8 gigs.

Windows 10 installation will delete windows 8.1 install, but keep all settings, files, and most apps. but you should create a restore point so you can roll back to 8.1 if you do not like 10
