Cortana doesn't work without location unfortunately.

Thanks looks like I am the only one facing "Sorry, Speech failed to start" error

tried. I am able to see Cortana welcome screen. Bt then on tapping on Mic icon getting error "Sorry, Speech failed to start, try again later"

You are not the only one with that message "Speech Failed to Start". I have it too. It does it every time on my PC.
