Does Lumia 650 support quick charging 2.0?

Is anyone using a quick charge 2.0 charger with Lumia 650? Does that help the charging time? It takes about 3 to 4 hours for my phone to charge using the Microsoft supplied charger. Is this normal?

It doesn't have quick charging and that's pretty normal my 640 XL charge about the same

It charges pretty fast even connected to PC USB.
