Does the 1520 have a compass?

I have a star gazing app that doesn't work properly any more. You point your phone at the sky at as you move it around it tells you what different objects are etc. Now it tells me I don't have a compass and the point-to-sky function doesn't work. I can't remember for sure but I could have sworn this thing had a compass in it. Maybe it just broke or something?

It does have a compass. Download a compass app or one of those diagnostic-info apps (e.g. Insider by DAONE), and check if the compass is working there.

Thanks I tried that, but the apps said my device doesn't support a compass, or words to that effect. I guess it's busted, like many other parts of the phone.
