Does the International Lumia 920 work on T-Mobile USA HSPA+?

I've been searching around for answers, but people are only concerned with 4g LTE compatibility.

So does the international version Lumia 920 work on T-Mobile on at least HSPA?

It will work in some places (where 1900MHz is in use), but not in others (where 1700MHz is).

In most places no..places which have been refarmed (1900MHz) yes, T-Mobile has been converting its AWS (1700MHz) to 1900MHz. The best 920 to use on T-Mobile would be the one from Rogers, Canada. I have one and it supports all T-Mobile bands for 3G/HSPA+/LTE
