does the new APIs of wp8.1 provides app lock.?

i seriously wanting an app locker , with that i will lock my messages, facebook, skype, twitter, whatsapp .
because there was an serious issue with my teacher , 2 days ago at party my friend asked me to show my phone so i showed it to him , but he sent abuse words to my teachers on facebook and deleted conversation. so i was unaware of that . and my teacher called my dad and told that i abused them. and then you can think what happened .but my friend actually was kidding he didnt knew this would happen and e told everyone everything and i was secured!.

so im really wanting an app lock.

Not as far as I know. There's no way for apps to be developed that can interfere with how other apps work.

If you want a secure messaging app, you should ask the relevant app developer to implemented a pin lock for that app (i.e. WhatsApp, Viber, etc).
