Does windows now support mono audio?

I'm deaf in one ear and use the mono audio setting on my iphone when listening to music. I wanted to switch to a windows phone a few years back but at that time mono audio was not available as a setting. Has this been added to the system settings yet?

I am currently using a Lumia920 on DP8.1.1, looking through the settings I can't find anything pertaining to mono audio. It is possible to be a feature in the updated hardware;e.g. 1520, HTC One W8, 930, etc. However when it comes to the 920 I would have to say no it does not from my brief search.
