Does WP 10 TP still suspends apps in phone's fore-ground instead of allowing the apps to run?

This feature is all I want in Wp 10 and OTG USB...every other thing is already on the phone except interactive notification and interactive live tiles...

Why do you want this? There's a 99% chance that what you are asking for here is a technical solution that doesn't actually address the problem you'd like to see resolved.


Most people asking for this want to see the "resuming" message less often, or at least for shorter periods of time. If that's what you want, allowing suspended apps to run in the background (use CPU cycles while not in the foreground), will do absolutely nothing for you. Zero. Zilch. Completely irrelevant in that context.

In general, you're better off describing your W10M wishes in terms of a problem, rather than assuming a specific solution. It also helps MS and others in the forums better understand what you are actually asking for.
