Does WP8 support Full Exchange policy?

My current WP7 lumia 800 does not support all exchange policies, and as a result I'm not able to check my work mail.

Can somebody who bought Lumia 920 confirm if you can access work mail?

I think the problem last time around was around device encryption.

I do not have a 920, but I have heard that the 920 supports more Exchange policies. I believe I did hear it supported encryption. Someone just having a 920 and being able to connect won't tell you if you employer will allow it. My employer allows WP7, but does not allow some Andriod devices.
