Don't show Skype notifications if online somewhere else

Its annoying when I get Skype notifications on my phone, when I'm sitting at my PC, talking to people on Skype there. Is there a way to make it so that I get notifications only if I'm not logged in Skype on a computer?

Hi, and welcome to WPCentral!

This is one of the common complaints about Skype... If you ever listen to Windows Weekly, it's fairly often that Paul Thurrott rants about it. For now, I don't think there is a solution.
