double files when adding videos to microSD card

When I am copying movies over to my SD card on my phone, it makes two or three of the same file. How can I get it to stop with that?

The good news is that its not the phone. Its all down to the memory card. Format it on the phone and pc and problem should be fixed. If not...it is def a SD card option (this happened to me with music and pics)
