Double tapping with two fingers does not work well all the time

I am looking for a windows emergency tile that can do the same action as double tapping with two fingers, this is, magnifying the image on the screen and getting out of magnification.
I repeatedly had problems with my WP8 Nokia Lumia 520. It either does not want to enter magnification mode or get out of it.

But I really don't think that screen magnifier is a useful feature FOR a phone. What do you use it for? websites, pictures you can zoom them all, don't you ?)

Not all can be zoomed by distancing two fingers.
