doubled my battery life!

Fully drained my battery and then hard reset it. And today I disconnected it from the charger at 5:00 am and I had 100% until 3:00 pm, and now at 11:45 pm I got still 22 % left

octn, something is weird with factory reseting. Just today, I hard reset my phone after reports that I could increase my battery life. After the reset, my phone didn't have as good of battery life as before and actually rebooted on me(first time with this phone). I reset it again and all is well. Something weird is happening.

Yesterday my battery life was very poor and this morning, after a wireless charger test, I left my fully charged phone off the charger for a couple of hours whilst I went back to bed. In two hours of inactivity, in flight mode no less, the battery level dropped by 17%. I then charged it again, made one change and in 6 hours of light use, it has only dropped by 19%.

The one change was to switch off "sync game requests" in games. Seems having a couple of games of AlphaJax and Draw something looking out for updates was killing the battery.

What kind of reset is needed to see the improvement?
Is it a soft or a hard reset?

I did a soft and a hard reset. Now I have 4 days and 16 hours remaining.
Don't know if it will really last that long especially with lte

Just curious here but im on a 3g network, which radio uses less battery... The 4g or 3g one or is there no difference?
