Downgrade from 8.1 rt to 8.0 help!!!

Hi I'm looking to jailbreak my windows surface tablet on windows 8.1 rt. I realize the only way to do that is to downgrade to 8.0. Is that possible? If so, how?

Why do you want to "jailbreak" it?

There isn't much desktop software for Windows based ARM devices anyway.

I found two threads but you may still have trouble. Someone was posting the files for a USB recovery stick here but he stopped when MS started posting the file. Unfortunately MS also cut off the download. I just got a RT on Black Friday and immediately updated to 8.1. I am starting to think I may have screwed up by not stashing an image of 8.0 on a hard drive some where. If you find an image let us know here so people can get an image as MS is being tight fisted with this now.

How do I make a bootable usb drive with the recovery image???

I'll be honest man, if you are having a hard time making a bootable flash drive this whole experiment may be a bit over your head. The last thing you want to do is unknowingly brick your surface.
