How can I downgrade win 10m to 8.1?

What's the reason to go back to old software if I may ask? If you have problems with upgraded phone just try resetting it instead. Settings > System > About > Reset. It solves many problems.

Actually I'm waiting for next non insider build. That's why I've not installed it yet I just downloaded it.
