Do anyone knows if "download over wifi" restriction is still there in w10 phone store or not?

The restriction is only applicable for download over cellular data, there is no restriction to download over WiFi. You can download as much data as possible over WiFi.

It is still there. Cant download large games in Mobile data. Need wifi.
