Downloading from OneDrive to phone?

I might be blind but I've not seen any options to download files, namely some mp3's that aren't on Xbox Music, to my phone locally. Does that feature even exist right now?

nope. you should petition Microsoft for it!

In IE open your OneDrive -live account (desktop mode) select file then you'll be able to download mp3 and video files
